Your Webkinz Pet comes with a sealed tag containing your Secret Code. Lost or stolen tags will NOT BE REPLACED by Ganz or Jeannie's Cottage. If you lose your tag or forget your secret code, you will need to purchase another Webkinz. Please be sure to keep your tag and code in a safe location and DO NOT LOSE THEM!!

I'm very sorry, but Webkinz sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns.
