This is Fire the Flying Dragon. Flying Dragons, Draco volans, are the only reptiles that can take to the air. Although they don't actually fly, they do soar. There are at least 36 related species that have the "wings" needed to glide from tree to tree. The wings are actually a thin membrane supported by about 6 false ribs that extend out from the body.

All flying lizards are gaudy, colorful creatures when their wings or parachutes are spread. Furthermore, their bizarre appearance is heightened by a long pouch suspended from the throat, as well as by a flap or wattle on each side of the head. The throat pouch, like that of the American Anole, can be distended or thrust forward, sometimes beyond the front of the head.

Flying dragons are found in the Eastern Hemisphere including Africa and Australia. They can readily be found in coconut and betel palm plantations. They spend most of the time searching for bugs on tree trunks.
