The Labrador Retriever is native to Newfoundland. It is about 22 inches high and weighs anywhere from 54 to 76 pounds. Labradors can be black, yellow or liver colored. They are always solid colors.

As its name implies, this breed is a wonderful retriever of downed waterbirds in marshes and water.

Labradors are good with children, lively and lovable.

Well, you can't have enough Black Labs. Three of these are shown above, but the big one in back is actually a pillow that comes with a slumber bag made by Carstens. You can see the bag at this link.

This little group of Labs are all made by Ganz. Two are Webkinz and one is a Lil' Kinz.
