Shipping Information

Shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. These are domestic shipping charges:

Orders under $12.99 = $4.95 shipping

Orders from $13.00 to $47.00 = $7.50 shipping

Orders from $47.01 to $99.00 = $8.95 shipping

Orders from $99.01 to $150.00 = $15.00 shipping

Orders over $150.01 and up = $26.00 shipping

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery. Orders that are very heavy or include fragile items are usually shipped either FedEx Ground, DHL Ground or Parcel Post. Delivery for items shipped via FedEx Ground, DHL Ground or Parcel Post can take up to 5 or 6 days. Orders weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped First Class Mail.

Some merchandise costing only $9.00 weighs more than 1 pound. While our shopping cart will only charge you $4.95 for shipping, that won't cover Priority Mail. Those orders are shipped best rate. Shipping in those instances can take up to 7 days.

We do ship internationally using the following services: Priority Mail International, Express Mail International and Global Express Guaranteed. First Class International is not used because there is no tracking ability with that service. The buyer accepts the risks for any lost packages. Lost overseas shipments are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please contact us if you have any questions. We do offer Domestic Second Day shipping. Charges will be based on your location and the weight of your package.

Once your order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please call your order in to 360-830-9227.

Shipping charges do not include insurance. If your order is lost or stolen, contact the shipper, usually the Post Office, for information on submitting a claim.

Please use a valid, working e-mail address when you place an order. Orders using fraudulent or invalid e-mail addresses will be cancelled.
