Return Policy
Please contact us if you wish to make a return.In the event you have changed your mind about a product and wish to return it, please do so within 30 days of having received it. We will refund your money on the item(s) you are returning. Shipping costs are not refunded.
You may ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS at your cost. The purchase price will be refunded upon inspection of said items, said items being in perfect condition.
In the event of receiving a product that is defective, the defective item must be returned to us prepaid within 30 days. Upon inspection, we will replace the item or issue a refund at the customers discretion. Fragile merchandise that is damaged in transit is not returnable. A replacement must be reordered. Claims can be submitted for a refund through the carrier -- either USPS or FedEx. Contact the carrier for the appropriate claims forms.
Irregardless of the reasons for the return, Jeannie's Cottage does not refund shipping charges and is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Lost shipments outside the United States will not be replaced and are not refundable.

Your Webkinz Pet comes with a sealed tag containing your Secret Code. Lost or stolen tags will NOT BE REPLACED by Ganz or Jeannie's Cottage. If you lose your tag or forget your secret code, you will need to purchase another Webkinz. Please be sure to keep your tag and code in a safe location and DO NOT LOSE THEM!!
A Webkinz pet can only be returned for an exchange or refund if the tag has not been opened or used. Webkinz pets with opened or used tags cannot be returned.
Bulk orders for Webkinz are not accepted at Jeannie's Cottage.

Invalid e-mail addresses: Orders placed with Jeannie's Cottage that use invalid or fraudulent e-mail addresses will be cancelled and the payment refunded. Please be sure to use a working e-mail address if you decide to place an order with us.
