Every year at Christmas time, my Mom would get all the ingredients ready to make delicious Sugar Cookies. She would roll out the dough and press it into all kinds of holiday shapes. Then cook it in the oven, and when they came out all golden brown, she would turn them over to us to decorate. We would frost them with red, green and white frosting and put colored sprinkles all over them. They were so good. They didn't last long.
