This is Issy. At first Issy was only available to guests at Ty Warner's Four Season Hotel in New York City, but later it was made available to everyone. Those on sale now at local Ty retailers have a variety of versions. The differences are on the "tush tag," the little white tag sewn into the material. A variety of different cities are shown. I have one from Los Angeles and one from Lisbon.
