We are Kiwi and are native to New Zealand. The Kiwi on the left is Beak, a Beanie Baby and the big one in the back is Beak the Beanie Buddy. The one on the right is Kelp from the Coca-Cola International Bean Bag Collection representing the country of New Zealand.

I'll bet you didn't know that Kiwi can't fly. It lays an egg that is one-fourth its own weight. The egg weighs one pound. The egg takes eleven weeks to hatch and the chick needs three years to grow up. The male does all the incubating. The Kiwi uses its long curved bill to look for earthworms. It feeds mostly at night.

The Kiwi is about the size of a chicken and is covered with long, stringy hairlike brown feathers.
